Autore di oltre 70 articoli scientifici originali pubblicati su riviste internazionali peer-reviewed indicizzate e con Impact Factor ( IF 11 al 31.7.2025). Oltre il 40% di questi lavori vede la posizione del dr Alessandro Vinciguerra come primo autore a testimonianza del ruolo attivo sia nella progettazione, nella conduzione e nella redazione degli studi.

La sua attività di ricerca si concentra in particolare sulla chirurgia endoscopica naso-sinusale, sull’oncologia del distretto testa-collo e sulle innovazioni tecnologiche in ambito Otorinolaringoiatriche (ORL).
